Lisa has been working in Bel-town for over 20 years as co-owner,
lead stylist and education director. Lisa has lead the team to
greatness continuing the vision of some of her mentors in her
career. Lisa continues to have her work recognized all over the
world seen in over 25 publications in 9 countries. Lisa is also
been nominated for the last 2 years in the Canadian Mirror Awards
international hair stylist of the year and was nominated in 2008
for North American Hairstylist for her collection in Fashion
Forward. Lisa stays inspired by working with designers at New York
fashion week and leading hair fashion shows. Lisa is a Aveda
Global Guest Artist where she travel nationally and internationally
educating stylists in the latest hair fashion.

Amanda has had many years of practical experience in bookkeeping
and has worked for large companies like Boise Cascade and small
companies including a salon that she still does the books for,
after 12 years. She loves to be part of a team and loves the team
at Milagros. She hopes to keep things behind the scenes, running
smoothly.

Stacy went to the Aveda Institute in 1986-87 where I first was
introduced to Aveda.
Moved to Seattle in 96 and began my work at Marketplace, where I
found Miss Lisa Vann
and have been working with her , as much as she will allow. She's
been a great mentor,
working on shows, photo shoots, and teaching classes. I am. Part of
the education team
and have done training with Aveda on education. I have been at
Etherea/Milagros for 13 +
years. Keep up and take as much advanced education as possible in
both color and
cutting, as well as some styling. I adopre my existing clients and
always enjoy the new ones.
I listen to my guest and try to make them feel even better the next
time.
My passion involves all the pieces from education to photo shoots
to working behind the chair.

Aline graduated from the Gene Juarze's Academy. She specialties
include Braiding, Dreadlocks, Twist, up-styling, Hair coloring and
cutting. Aline's work has been featured in several trade magazines
world wide. Hair Africa, Hair Journal London and Hair Dresser
magazine Canada. She has worked with some of the top stylist in
the industry. She enjoys working with her guests head to toe

Christa's ever evolving career in the makeup/ skin care industry
began 10 years ago while living on the sunny beaches of Southern
California. The passion for her craft led her to Seattle where she
attended the Esthetics program at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute.
Upon graduating, she became an Aveda Freelance Advisor, which
allowed her to invest her talents into exactly what she
loves...Aveda, skincare, makeup and travel. Soon thereafter, she
was certified as an educator for Aveda Product-ivity and has just
recently joined the Creative Education team at Milagros Salon/spa
in Seattle. Christa works at Milagros as one of the lead
estheticians with primary focus on balance and wellness of the
mind, body and soul. With emphasis on delivering supreme guest
experiences, she attends advanced facial techniques and waxing
classes whenever possible.
Fueled by art, energy and beauty; she has participated in L.A.
Fashion week, editorial and film projects and helps brides along
the west coast look and feel their best while saying their "I do's".

David is a passionate stylist that cares about his clients. After
owning his own salon for year he wanted to take a break from the
business side of the industry and get back to what he love to do
and that work with the guests. After being away from Aveda
products for a few years he decided to make is way back to one of
is dear friends salon and take care of his clients with the
products he loves.
